Justin McGurgan is an industry professional with an established reputation and over 25 years experience in hospitality venues in the ACT, Queensland and New South Wales. His industry knowledge combined with management skills gained from management and development in clubs, casinos, and hotels, provides the depth of expertise required to remain at the forefront of the licensed hospitality industry’s revolution and progress.

Justin’s other qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree in Tourism, and he also is a Certified Club Manager (CCM). Justin co-ordinates TROJAN’s gaming licensing services including preparation of Risk Assessed Management Plans (RAMP), Community Impact Statements (CIS), gaming analysis and advice, as well as contract management services.

Narelle Davidson has focused a 16-year career in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in NSW Clubs, Victorian and Queensland Hotels. Narelle has progressed through varying levels of front line customer service, promotion co-ordination, self-employment, and direct hotel management.

In most recent years Narelle has combined her extensive working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and active management, to focus on Compliance and Audit. With practical understanding of both NSW & Queensland legislative requirements Narelle is able to rationalise and provide the expertise required to facilitate effective regulatory and operational compliance frameworks.

Narelle is currently undertaking an accreditation in compliance and is a member of the Australasian Compliance Institute.
